Ms. Moran is a Pitch Creator coach and instructor, focusing on entrepreneurs and programs throughout Colorado. She has prior experience as the Manager of LaunchPad at Montana State University (formerly Blackstone LaunchPad), which is an entrepreneurship program, network, and resource center.

As the Manager of LaunchPad at Montana State U., Ms. Moran managed 13 employees, coached student entrepreneurs, and was responsible for multiple venture competitions, increasing engagement and prize money each year. Her last venture competition was in the spring of 2025, which was the most successful venture competition in program history with 50+ applicants, 9 finalist teams presenting, and over $100,000 in prizes and grant money.

Ms. Moran has a M.S. in Innovation and Management from Montana State University. She also holds a B.S in Psychology from Montana State University, where she graduated with honors in 3 years.
