Kelly Foster is an Army military spouse with 38 years of federal service to the Department of Defense. She is a seasoned entrepreneur, an expert business coach, and an instructor. During her federal service, she served as a Strategic Planning Officer for U.S. Army DEVCOM and as an internal coach for the Department of Defense. Following her retirement, she successfully launched multiple ventures, including the specialized coaching and training business, Motivated by Kelly.

Ms. Foster brings deep, hands-on expertise with Pitch Creator’s foundational system and framework. She uses our learning platform to train founders as the lead instructor at Harford County Project Opportunity, a workforce development program that provides free entrepreneurship training to military veterans and their families.
