Mr. Tagler has 20 years of experience investing in private companies. Prior to that as an investment banker in Silicon Valley, he helped CEOs prepare their business pitches for initial public offerings (IPOs) and merger/acquisition (M&A) transactions.

Mr. Tagler founded Pitch Creator in Baltimore City in 2014 as a way to “level the playing field” for entrepreneurs outside of Silicon Valley (origin story).

Since then, Pitch Creator's classes and courses have been used by over 3,000 entrepreneurs and students (testimonials).

The Pitch Creator team includes experienced investors and educators who have collectively invested over $1 billion in private companies. That expertise is baked into Pitch Creator's courses and education platform, which is used by:

• Founders, entrepreneurs, and CEOs

• College and university Instructors

• Other educators - at  workforce development programs, social-impact programs, incubators, accelerators, and angel groups

Mr. Tagler and Pitch Creator have been featured in Inc Magazine and Entrepreneur Magazine Online (press).  When not traveling for work or teaching, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and the Colorado mountains with his family. 

He has an M.B.A and a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University and is a CFA Charterholder.
