Program Designer & Coach
Since 2021, Ms. Dilts has been working part time as a Pitch Creator coach and educational program designer. She is a 24-year Air Force veteran and has deep expertise in leading multidisciplinary programs, coaching, and training initiatives across the defense, nonprofit, and private sectors.
Since 2013, Ms. Dilts has been the lead instructor at Project Opportunity, a workforce development program which provides free entrepreneurship training to military veterans in Maryland. She has 8 years of experience as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Anne Arundel Community College and 4 years of experience as a Program Manager at the Global Good Fund, which provides leadership development for social entrepreneurs.
Ms. Dilts has a M.S. from Central Michigan University, a B.A. from the University of Alaska, and a A.S. from the Community College of the Airforce.
